These premium-quality chicken Gyoza offer consumers an excellent opportunity to bring the authentic taste of Japan into their own homes. The Gyoza is actually thought to be derived from ancient China originally but has been adapted over the generations in Japan into the beloved dish it is today.

Our Gyoza are handmade in the real Japanese way, where the individual dough layers are filled with an exotic mixture of chicken, cabbage, chives, the Japanese rice liquor called Saké, and more, then wrapped into bite-sized dumplings.

The Gyoza can be cooked in a variety of ways for the consumer’s convenience and can be ready to serve up within a matter of minutes, directly from frozen. They are the ideal addition to any party and are great to be enjoyed on their own, with a dipping sauce, with other nibbles, or as a side dish.

Bereidingswijze

Stoomoven:PPlaats de bevroren dumplings in de stoomoven en stoom gedurende 6-7 minuten.

Pan Fry: Preheat the oil in a frying pan to 140-150°C. Add the frozen gyoza, spacing evenly. Fry until the bottom of each gyoza is slightly charred a golden brown colour then add approx. 100ml water while the heat is still on (take care for splashing liquid). Cover the pan and cook until the water has completely evaporated. Serve immediately.
